What's DDP and why does it matter?
DDP stands for "Delivered Duty Paid." It means your customer pays everything — including import duties and taxes — upfront at checkout. The alternative, DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), means your customer gets a surprise bill at the door before they can receive the package. DDP improves conversion, reduces refused deliveries, and creates a better customer experience.
Which carriers do you work with?
We partner with major international carriers including DHL, Asendia, UPS, and FedEx, as well as several specialized international parcel carriers. We also integrate with regional carriers in specific markets where they offer the best service. For large brands with carrier rates they like, we can also support tax, duty, localization, and payments on their existing rates.
Can I keep my existing carrier contracts?
Yes. If you have negotiated rates for international with a specific carrier, we can plug those into the platform. Most brands find our network rates are better than what they had on their own — but the choice stays with you.
What happens if there's a customs delay?
Our team handles customs paperwork on every order, which prevents most delays before they happen. If something does get held up, you and your customer see it in real-time tracking, and our team works directly with the carrier to resolve it. No tickets. No 48-hour waits.
